- As the quality manager within the civil quality team at Pomerleau, you are responsible for quality assurance and control tasks on the construction site to ensure compliance with the project's quality plan. ranging from 1.5 million dollars to over a billion dollars
- What you will do
- Provide the necessary support to project team members in the implementation of the Quality Plan;
- Follow up on QRT (questions/answers/technical) correspondence with professionals and subcontractors;
- Manage and verify the compliance of submitted workshop drawings and other technical documents.
- Ensure the necessary execution procedures are communicated and applied for the project and monitor the methods proposed by the subcontractors.
- Conduct and coordinate inspections with the various required stakeholders independently in accordance with the PIE;
- Validate the records related to quality and ensure their follow-up;
- Verify the implementation of technical changes communicated by the professionals;
- Draft and monitor non-conformities and corrective actions;
This role could be for you if you have
- Have a bachelor's degree or a diploma in construction engineering or architecture;
- Have relevant experience in the field of construction and quality management;
- Having worked on HQ or MTQ projects is an asset;
- Having knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software;
- Possessing excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Having a strong interest in civil engineering projects;
- Attention to detail and rigor;
