- **Roles and Responsibilities**_
- Perform general maintenance for townhouse and apartment suites
- Renovate apartments (patching, painting, fixture replacements, etc.)
- Employees share scheduled after-hours on-call emergency response
- Complete work orders as requested
- Shared responsibility to maintain safe common areas during winter months (snow and ice removal).
- **Desired Skills**_
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be both punctual and reliable
- Ideally have experience working with renovations, including patching and painting
- Is flexible and can respond to an adaptive work environment
- Is personable and has the ability build effective relationships with staff and others
- Is a “team player” with strong communication skills
- The capability to excel in both collaborative and individual environments
- Has the initiative to follow instructions individually
- Take the initiative to work effectively in individual settings
- Have the ability to gain knowledge quickly
- Plumbing skills would be an asset
- **License and Certifications**_
- Valid G driver’s license

**Job Type**: Full Time

Deadline: Rolling (ie. first come first serve)

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
