We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the dentist and enhancing the patient experience. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to delivering high-quality dental care.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist dentists during procedures and ensure patient comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the front office team for scheduling and patient communications.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role.
- Ability to perform chairside assisting effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient interaction.
- Certification in dental assisting preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $20.21-$33.86 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
