**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs.
- Monitor Silverware POS systems to track sales, manage inventory, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct regular interviews for hiring new staff members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques and menu development.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety practices is preferred.

Pay: $47,391.13-$65,253.29 per year
