The Finance Department has an opportunity in our Accounting Department as an Accounts
Payable Specialist in the Head Office location.

The right individual will be working towards an Accounting Certification and possess two years experience in the accounting field.

**Key Responsibilities**: o **Code and process expenses for all companies, using a computerized system**:

- **Process Purchasing Card transactions and provide assistance with Purchasing**

**Card administration**:

- **Reconcile & balance various general ledger accounts**:

- **Reconcile a prepare submissions for Group Medical Services**:

- **Process and balance Telephone bills monthly (Sasktel e-billing)**

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Self-starter.**:

- **Excellent organizational skills.**:

- **Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.**:

- **Knowledge of PST, GST and HST policies and regulations.**:

- **Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.**:

- **Ability to key required transactions accurately, correctly and with required speed.**:

- **Ability to communicate clearly with employees from other departments and offices.**:

- **Ability to establish and maintain co-operative and harmonious working relations with**

**other employees, as necessitated by work assignments.**
- **Ability to multi-task.**

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
