**National Equipment Coordinator - 9300 Trans Canada Route, Ville Saint-Laurent
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the management of the equipment procurement process by providing guidance to the project planning teams in the development of equipment requirements, specifications and design suitability for various project initiatives.
- Communicate and collaborate with various departments in the preparation, submission, and reconciliation of procurement forms and documentation.
- Liaise with equipment suppliers to discuss pricing, change orders, contract terms and conditions, delivery schedules, and coordination training as required.
- Identify related technical issues and work to resolve the issues.
- Contribute with the preparation of Equipment Planning documentation by performing research, collecting and analyzing relevant data and applicable reports.
- Build and maintain equipment technical data sheets, which provide information about the performance requirements for the various items of equipment.
- Participate in the coordination and marshalling of on-site equipment deliveries and installation.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- 3-5 years experience working for a major restaurant equipment supplier
- Experience with QSR and FSR equipment
- Above average excel skills
- Must be able to travel occasionally to meet with suppliers from time to time
- Must be able to manage multiple restaurants brands at once
- Capability to negotiate contracts with suppliers

**Coordinateur national de l'équipement - 9300 Trans Canada Route, Ville Saint-Laurent**
**Rôles et responsabilités**:
- Aider à la gestion du processus d'approvisionnement en équipement en fournissant des conseils aux équipes de planification de projet dans l'élaboration des exigences en matière d'équipement, des spécifications et de la pertinence de la conception pour diverses initiatives de projet.
- Communiquer et collaborer avec divers départements dans la préparation, la soumission et le rapprochement des formulaires et de la documentation d'approvisionnement.
- Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs d'équipement pour discuter des prix, des commandes de modification, des conditions contractuelles, des calendriers de livraison et de la formation à la coordination, au besoin.
- Identifier les problèmes techniques connexes et travailler pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Contribuer à la préparation de la documentation de planification de l'équipement en effectuant des recherches, en recueillant et en analysant les données pertinentes et les rapports applicables.
- Construire et maintenir des fiches techniques d'équipements, qui fournissent des informations sur les exigences de performance pour les différents équipements.
- Participer à la coordination et au triage des livraisons et de l'installation des équipements sur site.
**Compétences et exigences**:
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience de travail pour un fournisseur d'équipement de restaurant
- Expérience avec les équipements QSR et FSR
- Compétences Excel supérieures à la moyenne
- Doit être capable de voyager occasionnellement pour rencontrer des fournisseurs de temps en temps
- Doit être capable de gérer plusieurs marques de restaurants à la fois
- Capacité à négocier des contrats avec les fournisseurs
