Ajax, Canada Agincourt Insurance Brokers Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on personal insurance coverage. Collaborate with underwriters, insurance carriers, and internal teams to negotiate terms and secure the best solutions for clients.
- Build and manage a pipeline of quality business leads through referrals and other prospecting techniques.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance coverage to existing clients.
- Respond to COI requests by issuing insurance certificates, binders, and other documents as required.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and transactions in the broker management system.
- Address client needs by upholding high service standards, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally

in both verbal and written communication.
- Guide clients through the claims process, offering counsel, support, and advocacy as needed.
- Manage late payment reminders and handle cancellations for non-payment when appropriate.
- Stay informed on industry developments, underwriting rules, and insurer appetite.
- Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Active RIBO license in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience, with expertise in Personal Insurance, including high-value homes, automobile,

recreational vehicles, and watercraft.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving targets.
- Positive, customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering a top-notch client experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, with adaptability to respond to shifting priorities, deadlines, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- High proficiency in computer skills; knowledge of Power Broker is an asset.
- Familiarity with Small Business/Commercial Insurance is an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$112,043.37 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Retention bonus
- Signing bonus

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
