We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is an integral part of servicing our customers. In addition, you will manage the flow of inbound leads by quoting, following up, and collaborating with the “BEST” sales team.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with the Account Managers
- Coordination of projects/jobs/accounts
- Manage pricing matrixes for accounts assigned by the Account Managers
- Build and manage relationships with our Customers and Vendors
- Follow-up and review quotations
- Determine customers requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications
- Coordinate with customers construction schedules and deliveries in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve sales and customer satisfaction and experience
- Accurately manage customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and returns
- Create fixture packages
- Other duties as required

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Efficient time management skills including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively while remaining focused on goals and deadlines
- Ability to create shop drawings
- Remain accountable and follow-up on projects, monitor progress
- Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team, taking initiative to get work completed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in use of computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- Minimum grade 12 education **required**:

- Knowledge of plumbing products would be considered an **asset**:

- Experience using Microsoft Offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
