**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort during treatments.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend additional services as appropriate.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Document treatment details accurately in client records and maintain confidentiality of all client information.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and skincare practices through ongoing training and professional development.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a focus on creating positive client interactions.
- Knowledge or experience in body waxing is a plus, enhancing the overall service offerings.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness standards effectively.
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products to clients effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to clients.
- Certification or training in laser technology or related fields is highly desirable.
