**About the Role**

**Your Day-to-Day Will Include**
- Delivering **exceptional, personalized service** that puts client needs and confidence first.
- Performing **detailed skin consultations** and recommending targeted, effective treatment plans.
- Providing advanced aesthetic services including **chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments**&more.
- Keeping treatment areas **impeccably clean and professional**; always.
- Supporting **product education and sales** to help clients maintain their results at home.
- Working with our front desk team to **ensure a seamless and welcoming client journey**.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- A passion for skincare, client wellness, and **making a real difference**.
- Outstanding communication and customer care skills; you’re a people person through and through.
- Deep knowledge of **skin health, acne management**, and industry-leading modalities.
- Confidence in assessing skin and using tools like **lasers, IPL, and advanced technology**.
- A warm, hospitable attitude that helps clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

**Qualifications We Love**
- Certified **Medical Aesthetician** with specialized training in advanced skincare.
- **2+ years experience** in a clinical aesthetics _or_ dermatology setting preferred.
- Proven expertise in **acne treatments, product knowledge**, and skincare protocol design.
- Familiarity with **laser hair removal, IPL**, and corrective treatments is a big plus.
- Always eager to **learn, grow, and stay ahead** in this ever-evolving industry.

Pay: $46,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
