**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Marketing & Brand Strategy**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for neighbourhood concepts, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and multi-family properties.
- Ensure marketing materials, campaigns, signage, and digital platforms are on brand and aligned with Usask Properties’ corporate vision.
- Manage marketing budgets for all communities, commercial projects, and corporate initiatives, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of the corporate website and other digital channels, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Maintain and protect all brand assets, including logos, templates, signage, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with design, construction, and development teams to integrate branding and marketing considerations into project delivery.
- Monitor competitive activity, market conditions, and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.

**Marketing Execution & Community Programming**
- Plan and deliver community programs, public events, and activations that strengthen neighbourhood identity and foster stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional campaigns to maximize participation and visibility.
- Manage promotional campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels to support project launches and community engagement.
- Develop and deliver marketing and public/community education initiatives including presentations, digital content, and event activations.
- Engage with adjacent organizations and other community partners to develop collaborative marketing and event opportunities.

**Builder & Partner Coordination**
- Oversee the marketing coordination with builder partners for show homes, show suites, and shared promotional initiatives to ensure consistent presentation across all developments.
- Support builder and tenant marketing programs for mixed-use and multi-family developments, ensuring overall alignment with Usask Properties’ brand and project messaging.
- Facilitate builder group communications and collaborate on joint advertising, signage, and launch events.

**Sales Support**
- Support sales activities for both residential and commercial projects by preparing marketing materials, updating lot/unit availability, and coordinating with builder and tenant partners.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

**Communications & Stakeholder Integration**
- Manage corporate communications and ensure integration with University of Saskatchewan communications and brand standards.
- Liaise with agencies, designers, architects, and media partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Execute public relations strategies for developments, project launches, and community events.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**
- 5-7 years of progressive marketing and communications experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in real estate development, home building, or commercial leasing preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CMS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
- Experience managing websites, brand assets, and social media platforms.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
