**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts.
- Identify & connect with potential customers by conducting market research and understanding their need
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Negotiate & close deals with confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate & strategize with the marketing team to align sales efforts and maximize brand impact.
- Identify & connect with potential customers by conducting market research and understanding their needs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-energy team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.

Pay: $700.00-$1,200.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday
