Business Development - Client Rep/Sales

**Southwest Property Care** is looking for a full time Client Representative/Salesperson to join our team. We are a trusted service provider in the Snow Removal and Landscaping Industry servicing London, St. Thomas, Port Stanley and Strathroy areas.

You will be responsible for prospecting/generating new business opportunities through various channels - PM companies, Tender listings, business directories, Landscaping associations etc. You will keep up to date with the industry’s current climate and forecasting marketing needs for the next season to bring to management meetings.

This position's primary responsibility is sales, however initial expectations as we head into our busy season would be to introduce yourself to our current clients and become their first point-of-contact to address any needs and concerns that may arise. You will be in the office working alongside the Operations and Office Management team during this time.
