Have you ever wanted to be in control of your paycheck? At Gutter Guys Plus, we're looking to bring on one more sales representative to our fast-growing, high-achieving, results-driven team.

Gutter Guys Plus is the fastest-growing home remodeling company across Southwestern Ontario. We're a family-owned business operating out of London, Ontario. Right now, we're experiencing tremendous growth; because of that, we need driven individuals like you.

We have a world-class sales training program, and because of that, zero prior sales experience is required. Within a matter of weeks, you'll go from zero to hero. To sum up working for Gutter Guys as a sales rep: we're a company that prioritizes personal growth and has a ridiculous compensation plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform estimates for highly motivated customers in a market with huge demand.
- Generating leads door to door, over the phone and through referrals
- Learn valuable sales skills through attending weekly trainings, in person and online.
- Be coachable, and friendly, presenting yourself with a phenomenal attitude.
- Walk potential customers through the Gutter Guys process, following systems and ensuring you provide world-class customer service.
- Become an expert in the industry (zero prior experience required, we have extensive training).
- Lead nurturing & outreach.
- Setting appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Vehicle access with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to learn effective account management or related sales roles.
- Charismatic individual, who is not afraid to step outside of comfort zones.
- Excellent negotiation skills (or an interest to learn) with the ability to close deals effectively.
- A desire to improve yourself and your professional abilities.
- Willingness to grind and be extremely well compensated.

Pay: $80,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
