**Position Title**:Regional Operations Manager - Dealer

**Team and Location**:Retail Operations, Vancouver, BC

**Position Summary**:The Regional Operations Manager Dealer Business actively manages a group of TM’s where there responsibility is to build a territory of prospects and secure new sites within a defined territory while delivering sales growth through our Dealer Value Proposition. This Retail Operations position delivers further development of our C- store brand On the Run and Fuel brands to meet or exceed forecasted new volume and contributions while managing the Dealer TM’s in your territory. The ROM owns all TM’s actions to be sure they are following all legal, safety and environmental guidelines and all company requirements regarding brand are adhered to. This role requires a person who can perform under pressure. While the position hours are flexible, it is largely based “in the field” with significant customer interfaces on a regular basis. It is supporting front line TM’s that should be identifying changes in marketing trends, customer behaviors and changes in a dealer’s financial position, the ROM then analyzes, makes recommendations to deliver a strategic go to market approach while implementing the Network plan strategies. This role leads the needs internally and externally, daily and with people from various levels of organizations. The ROM Dealer Business is a strong leader that drives legal accountability and has a high financial acumen. This retail sales management roll is in a very competitive environment and the growth of the dealer business is dependent on the success of bringing new high volume retail sites to the organization. The individual is responsible for the development of the TM’s he/she is managing and is directly accountable for all KPI’s within that group. This position allows the right person to plan their schedules effectively for a high quality of work, life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop retail TM’s to be sure they maximize their opportunity to convert prospects to new Parkland On the Run retail dealer sites
- Leads and Manages the TM’s to help increase C-Store same store growth while adding value and leadership in the Dealer Network
- Reviews and manages recommendations on C-store and fuel ‘A’ sites. Reviews all data and makes recommendations for future growth and divestments through a planned network strategy
- Holds TM’s accountable for all levels of brand execution to achieve the highest consumer regard for our brands through exceeding the brands loyalty target; maximizing fleet opportunities in the territory; achieve loyalty penetration rates; conducting value added quarterly site visits and assisting the dealer to exceed the mystery shop scores.
- Plan and assist TM’s to Deliver ‘A’ sites to organization with high volumes and EBITDA
- Make recommendations with team to develop the most complete portfolio throughout dealer network while developing best practices with the team that will support and enhance our offer to the dealer network
- Manage all levels of brand execution to achieve the highest consumer regard for our brands
- Analyze markets and deliver recommendations, provide required reports while using the best time management skills to make the most of your prepared schedule
- Develop the highest level of service by leading the need and driving high NPS results
- Own the responsibility of legal duties to mitigate risk and liability within the dealer network and PFC
- Conduct yourself with the highest level of Safety which adheres within PFC Safety policy and procedures while taking responsibility of onsite dealer safety and TM safety
- Own your territory and communicate proactively with all levels of the organization

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 10 years experience of managing direct reports in a sales environment
