- Regional Manager Western Canada

**Role Summary**:
The Western Canada Regional Manager is accountable for the management and expansion of the campus network within Western Canada, inclusive of Vancouver, Richmond, Winnipeg, Calgary and our Online Campus and maintaining the education standards set by Spirit of Math Schools. There will be a requirement to travel to each campus monthly. This role can be located in Winnipeg, Calgary, Toronto or Vancouver. There is a requirement to be on campus however there is some flexibility to work remotely.
This individual will be an easy going, efficient person who is able to work well under some pressure and has a natural sense of seeing what needs to be done to help others. This individual will have a strong task orientation and approach problems with logic and objectivity.

**Education and Experience**:
- A degree from a recognized university is required. A graduate degree in business or education administration is an asset, but not necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years in a management position, preferably with multiple locations and direct reports.
**Role Responsibilities**:
a. Helping Principals open new Spirit of Math campuses within their region.
b. Identifying potential new sites for Spirit of Math campuses.
c. Maintaining operational systems for campuses.
d. Providing advice and support to Principals in the form of training, marketing, operations.
e. Doing ongoing evaluations on the campuses and helping other Regional Manager with evaluations.
f. Assisting in yearly conferences.
g. Ensuring the Spirit of Math brand is maintained in all aspects of campus operations.
h. Managing the budget for campus operations and development in their region.
i. Providing input to the Finance department for forecasting.
j. Ensuring that Principals are effectively managing their respective campuses.
k. People management and coaching.
