We are currently recruiting for a full time Marketing Manager who is part of an important team that creates and executes communications to our guests/clients. Under the leadership of the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.

The duties of the Marketing Manager are, but are not limited, to the following.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales & Marketing Activities**

1. Drive website traffic and digital room reservations

2. Website optimization - liaise with brand digital services

3. Search engine optimization and google analytics

4. Evaluation of campaigns and digital performance

5. Analyze and make recommendations for website enhancements

6. Analyze and make recommendations for future campaigns

7. Main point of contact for brand’s Digital Services for Website Optimization for website updates

8. Execute content updates on websites as required, include 3rd party travel sites

9. Measure and report on success of digital marketing campaigns and performances

10. Stay up to date on trends and make recommendations

11. Lead, own and direct asset development inclusive of hotel collateral

12. Coordinate photo shoots (sourcing, planning, on-site executions, post-editing and distribution)

13. Brand liaison, verification of all marketing materials within the hotel reflect and comply with brand standards

14. Identify opportunities to generate revenues such as new stay packages

15. Create and maintain social media messages and campaigns

16. Create sales materials such as vouchers, corporate rate flyers, etc

**Food & Beverage Activities**

17. Advertise for weekly specials with photos and website and social media updates

18. Advertise for special events with photos and website and social media updates

19. Assist Executive Chef with plating photos for kitchen brigade

20. Design and print cards, vouchers, flyers as may be required

21. Provide guidance to F&B team with content creation

22. Train F&B on how to upload photos onto 3rd party website

23. Performs other duties as may be required by DOSM, GM, and/or Owner

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
*Must have successfully completed a post-secondary degree program in marketing, public relations, business administration or related program

*Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional areas, and/or hospitality marketing

*Must have excellent organizational and time management skills

*Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

*Digital advertising experience preferred

*hospitality experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
