**Location**: Willowbrook Chrysler
**Schedule**: Full Time (30-40 hours per week)
**Shift Times**: Flexible (e.g., 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday (To be discussed)

**Customer Service & Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documents, processing customer orders, and coordinating communications.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including filing, organizing, and maintaining dealership records. Assist with other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

**Inventory & Vehicle Management**
- Oversee inventory management, including the processing of new vehicles, trade-ins, and wholesale inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for vehicle registration and other required documents. Organize and maintain accurate vehicle files and related records.
- Organize the key vault machine, ensuring proper flow of new / sold vehicles.

**Dealer Trade Coordination**:

- Facilitate dealer trades by communicating with other dealerships, preparing necessary paperwork, and arranging for transportation and payment.
- Manage and track dealer trade logistics to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

**Vehicle Delivery & Dispatch**:

- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, managing the driver team and tracking deliveries from start to finish.
- Ensure all delivery documents are completed accurately and timely, including invoicing and driver management.

**Team Leadership & Support**:

- Assist in overseeing and mentoring other team members, ensuring adherence to dealership processes and maintaining team productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, helping to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.

**Experience**: Minimum of 6-12 months of receptionist or customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory and vehicle documentation processes.

**Professionalism**:Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Maintain a professional, business-casual appearance and demeanor.

**Additional Information**:

- Full training will be provided.
- Compensation can be discussed within the range of $20-22 (based on experience) and potential for future growth within the company.
- Extended health benefits are offered to full time employees who have completed their 90 day probationary period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
