**About Us**:
Henninger’s Diesel, a division of Access Industrial Mining, proudly offers a complete range of repair, refurbishing, and maintenance service for most OEM hydraulic drills and breakers. We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager at Henninger’s Diesel, you’ll be at the heart of driving product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that enhance the experience of our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Vision**: Define and communicate a clear roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Align engineering, design, marketing, and sales for smooth development and delivery.
- **User-Centered Focus**: Leverage data and feedback to enhance user experience and engagement.
- **Product Development**: Define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure product quality.
- **Launch & Iteration**: Oversee launches, track performance, and refine features based on feedback.
- **Metrics & Reporting**: Monitor KPIs to measure success and guide future decisions.
- **Market & Competitive Analysis**: Analyze trends and competitors to drive strategy and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in product management, preferably in Rock Drilling.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value to users.
