The role of the Production Manager would be to oversee the production workflow and ensure efficiency. At FCR, we are big enough to compete but small enough to care.

**Your Role at FCR**
- Assign work to staff based on skills, availability and engagement requirements.
- Assess staff skills and interests and integrate into work assignment process.
- Log in new projects and engagements.
- Report on weekly workload updates from management.
- Monitor staff workloads and reassign tasks when necessary.
- Communicate with staff to ensure timely delivery of engagement.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Office management is an asset.
- Proficient in navigating computers and software and be able to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills over the telephone and in person.
- Accounting knowledge and experience is required.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and professionalism.
- Seek feedback from staff as well as partners, principals, and senior managers and act on that feedback to enhance performance.
- Influencing without authority is a needed skill.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent computer skills.
- College Diploma in Business Administration is preferred.
