**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly and annual financial reports.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor, analyze and maintain federal and provincial tax filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger updates.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accounting compliance.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of tax compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks).
- Strong computer skills (primarily Excel and MS360).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Pay: $58,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
