**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Post journal entries, maintain asset schedules and reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Prepare reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and complete month end close.
- Prepare and analyze divisional financial statements to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze profit and loss variances and generate reports of performance against budgets.
- Assist with the preparation of documentation required for the annual external audit.
- Identify internal process gaps and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Prepare working papers required for consolidated financial reporting.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
- Able to self manage time and prioritize numerous tasks to meet deadlines.
- Sufficient adapt to circumstances.
- Adequate understanding of financial metrics, financial reporting, and accounting cycle.
- Capable to work in both individual and team settings with mínimal supervision.

Required Experience
- University degree in Business/Accounting, with advanced degree or professional accounting designation (such as CPA) preferred.
- 2 - 4 year(s) experience working as a Financial Analyst or Senior Accountant role.
