With 3 direct production facilities, extensive sales and specification teams, and local support available in multiple countries across 4 continents.
**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Coordinator to work in our export division, as well as to support Supply Chain and Accounting Managers. The following are a summary of the responsibilities, skills and experience required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate all sales invoices.
- Make collection calls, follow up on past due payments.
- Communicate with sales and logistic teams on the status of customer accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Post all account receivables in Quickbooks.
- Generate monthly account receivable statements and reports.
- Credit card payments posting to Quickbooks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Tertiary or Diploma Qualification.
- 3 years experience in managing account receivables.
- Experienced with working on Quickbooks.
- High level English writing and speaking skills is mandatory.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Spanish speaking an asset.
- Detail Oriented.
**Salary**: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
