**Job Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Companion to provide essential care and companionship (2 days per week, 4hrs/day) to individuals in need. This role involves assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

**Duties**:

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care tasks such as: toileting, bathing, grooming, and dressing
- May help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, dish washing and organizing
- Support clients with mobility issues and assist with heavy lifting when necessary
- Engage clients in activities (cards, bingo, e.t.c) that stimulate their physical and mental well-being

**Qualifications**:

- Speaks Italian Language (Asset)
- Experience in patient care, dementia care, or assisted living is preferred
- Knowledge of caregiving practices and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of senior care needs and challenges

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
