We have an opening for a Machine Operator - Saws, on our afternoon shift.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Review work orders, and determine extrusion and material requirements.
- Operate metal fabrication equipment, including standard saws, radio arm saws, shear, notcher and roller in accordance with safe work procedures.
- Plan, and prepare material required for job completion. Ensure optimization of material yields.
- Cleans and prepares surface to be welded. Sets up, assembles, and tracks weld parts.
- Assists in other areas of production as assigned.
- Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in fabrication of signage.
- Previous machine operating experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to read and write English, must have good math skills.
- Ability to demonstrate effective listening and verbal skills.

Afternoon Shift 4:00pm - 3:30am Monday - Thursday
