We are currently seeking a highly personable individual to fulfill the role of Service Advisor here at Subaru of London. The primary responsibility of the Service Advisor will be to serve as the intermediary between our customers and our service Technicians. This entails guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional customer service by engaging with customers to identify and address their vehicle-related issues and concerns, ascertaining the appropriate repair timeline, and effectively communicating the customers' requirements to our skilled Technicians through accurate repair descriptions.

In order to excel in the position of Service Advisor, it is imperative to possess outstanding customer service, along with professional interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to function effectively within a collaborative team environment, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction, is of paramount importance. A comprehensive understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry in general are strongly recommended.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers and directing them to available technicians.
- Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
- Liaising with Parts Advisors about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Complete all training (programs, product, software etc.) as necessary
- Follow all processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency and accuracy

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Service Advisor: 1 year (required)
