**What is it?**

The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers coming in to our Service department, and build lasting relationships with their customers, and advise them on the best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained. The Service advisors work with our sales team, service appointment coordinator and experienced technicians to provide the outstanding service that our customers have come to expect.

**What can I expect?**

A new Service Advisor who joining our team will be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using, including the overall aspects of the parts and service departments of the dealership. They begin with learning about each department in the dealership to understand how they all work together. In detail they are trained on the various parts and service related tasks. Our teams work together and learn from the best. Service Advisors are be responsible for executing service processes with diligence, customer service and safety in mind. They are required to provide each customer with a personalized service experience in order to foster excellent relationships. This position also requires that each customer is provided with an experience that earns the right to their business.

The working hours for this position will be usually day shifts with occasional weekends or evening shifts.

**What do I need?**

The minimum schooling requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in automotive customer service is preferred.
