- Salary range for Quality Lead is $78,000 - $90,000 / year & is based on experience
- Provide leadership and insight as a member of the senior management team.
- Implementation and monitoring of the quality daily management activities in collaboration with the quality team at the group level.
- Responsible in the implementation, monitoring, and audit of the various certifications.
- Lead customers interaction in collaboration with internal stakeholders for the execution of customer qualifications, product qualifications and evaluation of plant improvement opportunities from the complaint management system.
- Establishes and analyzes site quality objectives regarding product issues, defective materials, customer, and supplier complaints.
- Participate in the implementation of improvement projects in collaboration with the operations team.
- Responsible for training and awareness of staff on quality (principles, procedures, quality culture)
- Contribute to improve the group synergy and global success through our containerboard network.

- Experience leading and coaching teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, course or certification in quality management, or a combination of the above.
- 2+ years of experience with quality standards, auditing process and knowledge of industry regulations
- 1+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel to our other facilities and customer sites (Canada-USA)
