**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet, Transportation, and Logistics Manager to oversee our transportation operations and optimize our logistics strategies. In this critical role, you will ensure the efficient management of vehicle maintenance, routing, and regulatory compliance. You will develop innovative logistics strategies to optimize transportation efficiency while managing relationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fleet Oversight: Manage all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules, routing efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Logistics Strategy Development: Create and implement logistics strategies that enhance transportation efficiency and reduce costs, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve performance metrics, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fleet operations comply with safety standards and regulations, implementing necessary training and procedures.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with organizational goals, ensuring cohesive operations across the company.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets related to transportation and fleet management, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation roles.
- Strong understanding of logistics software and fleet management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certifications related to logistics or transportation management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus.
- Familiarity with green logistics and sustainable practices is an asset.
