We’re excited to invite you to join our team as a **Customer Service Representative** Skedaddle Pest Control is a trusted provider serving both residential and commercial clients across Ontario, and we’re looking for someone like you to help us continue our success. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a vital part of our client experience. You will develop and nurture relationships, ensuring smooth communication and effective solutions for our valued clients. **What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to address and resolve service inquiries
- Coordinate service requests and manage the schedules of our technician teams
- Provide expert advice and recommend tailored solutions to clients
- Assist our accounting team with invoicing and managing accounts receivable

**What You Bring**:

- Previous pest control or customer service is an asset but not required
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A driven, self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving goals
- Superior time-management skills, able to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving
- Sharp attention to detail and organizational prowess

Pay: From $18.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
