Junior Estimator

**_Daily Responsibilities Include: _**
- Supporting our strong customer relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Reviewing tender forms, specifications and addendums
- Develop best in class organization of multiple projects at the same time
- Understanding of working drawings, PDF management and able to provide accurate takeoffs
- Produce equipment bill of materials & pricing tables
- Estimation within the Microsoft Access Order Process, including: project submittals, equipment BOM confirmations, new software development and delivery to multiple contractor(s)

**_Job Requirements: _**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well both independently and within a team environment across multiple office locations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license for travel within Ontario for training at manufacturers’ facilities
- Experience in the construction industry (i.e. engineering, sales, contracting, CAD, project management) is not required, but is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress
- On-site parking

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
