**Position Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Fluent ability to read, analyze and interpret plans, schematics, specifications and tender documents
- Capable of managing time effectively, in order to comply with rigid deadlines
- Confidence in preforming software-based on-Screen take-offs, estimate preparation
- Advanced computer skills and fluency in using Microsoft office software
- A willingness to adapt, learn new skills and be a team player

**Education and Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in ICI mechanical field
- Plumbing Certificate of qualification
- A proven track record in this field

**Other valued Assets**
- Previous estimating experience
- Strong network and knowledge of vendors and contractors in our market.
- Knowledge of sheet metal systems and take-off
- Experience using Revit & AutoCAD software
- Post secondary education

- Valid Passport & clean driving record
