Do you want to join our team and play a key role in optimizing processes related to merchandising and imports?
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand the strategic goals of the merchandising and imports departments to implement solutions that optimize excellence, efficiency, and workflows.
- Coordinate the various phases of projects, from design to production, ensuring proper execution.
- Ensure strict monitoring of projects and budgets, meeting deadlines, costs, and priorities.
- Lead the validation and improvement of data quality, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies.
- Plan and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project priorities.
- Promote engagement, problem-solving, and solution implementation while guiding the team to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
**Desired Profile**
- Hold a degree in computer science, business administration (with a concentration in information technology, an asset), or a related field.
- Have experience with merchandise financial planning systems, assortment planning, forecasting, replenishment, and allocation.
- Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, to use various systems and tools and interact in English.
