As the Digital Workplace Manager, you will be at the heart of the digital transformation at Eddyfi. You will be responsible for leading the management and development of an international IT team while driving the transformation of our work environment towards greater modernity and automation through the Microsoft 365 suite. Your goal will be to optimize the user experience by deploying ITIL best practices, streamlining tools, and implementing automation and artificial intelligence projects. You will work closely with the infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to contribute to IT architecture decisions and define the technology roadmap, while ensuring service governance, vendor management, and financial oversight. This role will allow you to combine leadership, innovation, and operational management within a dynamic and international environment. If you are a pragmatic leader, curious and passionate about digital transformation, this opportunity is made for you. **As Digital Workplace Manager, you will have to**: Team Leadership & Service Quality - Manage and develop IT support teams across multiple countries, ensuring consistent service quality and high levels of operational performance. - Define team objectives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster a user-centric support culture. Digital Workplace Deployment - Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft solutions (Office Suite, Copilot, Endpoint Manager, Intune, Defender, Viva, etc.). - Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and user adoption strategies. Automation & AI Integration - Identify, test, and scale support solutions based on automation and artificial intelligence (virtual agents, self-service portals, proactive monitoring, etc.). - Promote an "automation-first" mindset to optimize efficiency and reduce manual interventions. ITIL Process Management - Design, implement, and oversee ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change, request, knowledge). - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, internal audits, and service reviews. Internal Stakeholder Management - Act as a trusted partner to business units, understanding their needs and ensuring IT services effectively support them. - Organize regular coordination meetings and implement feedback loops. Vendor & Partner Management - Supervise and evaluate IT service providers and solution vendors. - Manage performance, contracts, and escalation procedures. Technology Strategy & Architecture - Contribute to IT architectural decisions, particularly in areas affecting the digital work environment and user experience. - Participate in solution evaluations and help define future technology strategies. IT Budget Management - Develop, manage, and track the IT support budget (OPEX/CAPEX), including tools, licenses, and third-party services. - Ensure cost optimization, accurate forecasting, and alignment with business priorities. **What makes you an asset to our team**: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT support teams. - Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and digital workplace design. - Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the management of an international English-speaking team and business units located in English-speaking countries. - Experience with integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools in a user support context is an asset. - Solid understanding of IT architectures and ability to assess technical solutions. - Proficient in budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting in an IT environment. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse and multicultural stakeholders.
