**Position Overview**: We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to serve as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This role involves engaging with homeowners in your assigned area, introducing them to our services, and generating new business. You will be responsible for presenting the benefits of our window cleaning and eavestrough services, answering questions, and booking appointments. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knock on doors and introduce our window and eavestrough cleaning services to homeowners.
- Provide clear, concise information on service offerings and pricing.
- Build rapport with potential customers and address any questions or concerns.
- Schedule appointments for consultations or service bookings.
- Track and report sales leads, contacts, and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent Casa Window Cleaning in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door.
- Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and persistence.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 16 years or older.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $16.55-$55.92 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
