Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing door-to-door sales representative for this summer and upcoming spring/summer seasons. Must be available to work in person and travel to local areas. 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers at their homes, presenting our services (pressure washing, exterior cleaning and/or garbage can cleanings) and ultimately closing sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our services.
- Sales Targets - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals, with a focus on building a strong customer base.
- Engage with potential customers, effectively communicating service benefits and deals.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in service sales or related fields is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and inside sales techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
