**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and fostering a positive learning environment. The Assistant will support classroom activities, engage with students, and contribute to the overall educational experience. They will be working with a lead guide in an Elementary Montessori Classroom. Ages 5-9 years old.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities in the classroom.
- Provide support to lead educators in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining a safe environment.
- Engage with children to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Help educate students through interactive lessons and hands-on activities.
- Maintain organization within the classroom by keeping materials and resources well-managed.
- Foster leadership qualities by guiding students during group activities and encouraging teamwork.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Enjoys working with children ages 5-9 years old.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- A background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
- A passion for educating and nurturing children’s growth and development.
- Experience in a Montessori Environment.
- Early childhood certification or a BEd.

Pay: $35,147.04-$76,403.67 per year
