Activate is a tech company known for creating Canada’s first full-scale interactive gaming facility. We are experiencing significant expansion, and are looking to expand our manufacturing team with the addition of a Master Planner. A successful applicant will have key responsibilities in working with our ERP system to schedule and coordinate work orders and any required adjustments. This is a full-time, permanent position.

**The Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Material Planning_
- Allocate and plan materials to complete tasks within manufacturing using the MRP/ERP system
- Responsible for purchasing, planning and inventory modifiers to ensure inventory levels are planned with the system
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of planning master data for assigned materials and products
- Incorporating engineering change notices to production and purchasing
- Manpower Planning_
- Plan manpower required to complete tasks within manufacturing using the MRP/ERP system
- Liaise between key departments in planning processes, including the creation of work orders
- Planning analysis to understand manufacturing work orders vs using visual systems in the factory
- Maintaining standard times using the MRP/ERP system

**The Qualifications**:

- APIC’s training
- Manufacturing and MRP / ERP systems experience
- Master scheduling experience with work order controls
- Knowledge of Inventory planning and control
- Capacity / Manpower planning
- Engineering or Time Study related training, an asset
