What will be your daily pursuit?:
Your daily pursuit is preparing flavorful dishes that fuel our guests' adventures, using fresh, local ingredients to bring a taste of the region to every plate.

What will your compensation be?:
The starting salary for this role is $18.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?:

- Prep ingredients for high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
- Organize prep station and cold line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
- Assist as needed with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
- Maintain effective communication with service staff, front of house management, and culinary management team
- Assist other team members where necessary
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
- Perform other duties as requested by management

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

- 1-2 year culinary experience preferred
- Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Organized with a great eye for detail
- Calm demeanor with problem solving capabilities
- Ability to anticipate, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks at once
- Kind to others and always bring your best
- A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
- Helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
- Relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
- Ready for a summer full of adventure
