Job Summary:
We are seeking a prep cook for our vegetarian cafe. You will be responsible for completing prep lists for menu items. You will also be responsible for thorough cleaning of kitchen.

Hours will be 4pm until 9pm, a couple nights per week.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures and Alberta Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organization and time-management skills. Thorough cleaning of kitchen area daily.
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow recipes and guidelines
