**Your Day-to-Day Impact**
- Lead the onboarding process for drivers and operators in your region.
- Send new hire packets, coordinate testing, and keep everything on track.
- Partner with multiple teams to ensure smooth handoffs and compliance.
- Track progress and manage onboarding status in the ATS.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience That Shines - 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin (bonus if you've worked in transportation/logistics).
- Tech-Savvy & Organized - Comfortable managing ATS workflows and juggling multiple priorities.
- Detail-Oriented - You never miss a step and thrive under deadlines.
- Language Skills - Bilingual in English/French is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Flexibility: Ability to support other regions when needed; occasional extended hours during busy times.
