Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the traffic control and related industries
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress toward hiring goals, and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal company policies related to recruitment and hiring practices
- Participate in or coordinate job fairs, career events, and networking activities to promote Right Traffic as an employer of choice, as needed
- Implement and leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes
- Collaborate with marketing or communications teams to enhance employer branding and improve the company’s visibility in the talent market
- Conduct regular audits of the recruiting process to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and ensure policy adherence
- Manage relationships with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and job boards as necessary
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market developments, and competitive recruiting practices to inform strategy

Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Experience in the traffic control, construction, or transportation industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
