**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in CSR role in transportation industry (definitely an asset)
- Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in verbal/written English
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Great problem solving skills
