**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate UV Coater machine to cut materials (paper and board) accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Utilize pump-truck for material handling as needed within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a offset print or uv coating Operator in the printing industry or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic machine maintenance.
- Familiarity with machining processes and techniques is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
