Car Rental Agent

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain the vehicles that are about to be rented to clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends and property availability.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage data entry tasks related to client information and property listings accurately.
- Maintain front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Utilize software tools such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Provide bilingual support to clients when necessary, enhancing communication and service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- No experience necessary, just be a happy caring person.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus.
- Hard worker and make sure clients are taken care of.
- Ability to lift a 25kg suitcase
- A passion for cars is an advantage

Pay: From $23.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
