**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems, Tracker.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the dental operatory in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow within the practice, including working with pediatric and orthodontic patients.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in dental software systems, particularly Tracker is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience or interest in pediatrics and orthodontics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in dental assisting or relevant training is preferred.
