The Role**:Finance Manager (F&I Producer)**

You’ll be the bridge between our sales floor and our guest’s futures; making sure every deal makes sense, every document is flawless, and every guest leaves feeling confident, respected, and excited.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Structure deals for approval success without losing sight of guest experience
- Present finance, lease, and insurance options with total transparency
- Ensure full compliance with VSA, banking, and federal guidelines
- Maintain high CSI by genuinely caring.
- Work hand-in-hand with our seasoned sales, service, and admin teams
- Train, guide, and lead with integrity and heart

Who You Are:
You’ve got hustle, heart, and habits that make you a top performer; not just in the numbers, but in the relationships.

Must-Have Mojo:

- 2-5+ years of **Finance Manager** or **F&I** experience in a dealership
- Deep knowledge of leasing, loans, credit, and insurance products
- Experience with **PBS**, **DealerTrack**, **RouteOne**, **Tricore** — or you’ll pick it up fast
- Valid **VSA** license (or eligible), valid BC driver’s license
- Accuracy, consistency, and a healthy obsession with clean paperwork
