Position Overview:
**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to retail and wholesale audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on campaign analytics.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with retail partners and store managers to support brand consistency and visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
- Create targeted B2B marketing materials (e.g., product catalogs, trade show presentations, line sheets).
- Support the sales team with pitch decks, lead generation, and customer communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, offering marketing support and co-branding opportunities.
- Develop content strategies that appeal to both retail consumers and wholesale buyers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics across all channels.
- Track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and present findings to stakeholders.

**_ Let's Talk About You:_**
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a preferred focus in retail and/or wholesale channels
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms (e.g Gogle Analytics)
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Office based with limited travel - less than 5% of time
