Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator

The stakeholder Engagement Coordinator is a full-time position. The incumbent provides a strategic link between the agency's donors, and community at large with a focus on fund development, and partnerships development that leads to greater sustainability of the organization.

**Duties**:

- Support the implementation of best practices in fund development in each agency.
- Coordinate the development of strategies to generate philanthropic support for the common and unique work of each organization.
- Develop equity seeking partnerships
- Develop and implement communications strategy
- Lead the development of community engagement strategies
- Personally, embody the values and branding of each agency as you proactively engage current and potential stakeholders and donors
- Provide research based systemized community feedback to the organization to help improve services
- Prepare reports

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising for non-profit entities
- Proven ability for strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to be strong team player and able to collaborate with staff
- Proven strong presentation, facilitation, and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated competencies in community work methods, i.e., social development, social planning
- Able to assist community residence in developing or enhancing planning and leadership skills
- Demonstrated group work, conflict resolution, mediation, and problem-solving skills to support coalitions, round table, partnerships, and network
- Practice within a critically reflective, anti-oppressive and anti-racist framework

Schedule:

- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: Hybrid remote in MISSISSAUGA, ON
