This position is based out of Mississauga. This position is for a newly created position.Major Responsibilities:Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings by preparing detailed agendas and managing all logistical aspects, including venue arrangements, virtual platforms, and required equipment.Act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed about meeting schedules, updates, and outcomes.Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities, including meeting minutes, attendance logs, and action items, and generate regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, promote strong collaborative relationships, and assist in the development and execution of engagement strategies.Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate meaningful discussions during meetings, and assist in organizing events and activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:University Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field + 4 (four) years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or government setting, with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships. Preferred Requirements:A master’s degree is preferred but not required. Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Additional InformationCompany paid relocation is not available for this position.Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week. About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
